Requirements:

• Professional requirements: All staff who participate in the event protection team must meet all of the following professional requirements:

• Has passed the basic martial arts training class.

• Has passed the ABC training course.

• Have passed the training course to solve problems in event protection.

• Know how to use specialized support tools such as: iron sticks, electric whip, bright sticks to the flow of traffic.

• Ages 25 to 40, and meet individual criteria for appearance.

• Costume Requirements: ABC has been equipped with uniforms that match the type of event protection services. Otherwise, depending on the event and the client's requirements. The costume is applied as:

• Pants, casual protective clothing for normal, outdoor, non-intricate events.

• Black pants, white shirt, tie, black vest for luxury events, in the hall.

• Anti-riot jackets, riot helmets for events of high complexity, outdoors.

• Support Tools: Equipped with specialized support tools for event protection such as irons, electric batons, anti-riot jackets, anti-riot helmets, specialized walkie-talkie, bright sticks to the flow of traffic...

Job description:

• From the preparation until none of the occurrence of criminal activity, fire. The protection company controls and coordinates remotely the crowds that can cause this messy event.

• Stopping and coordinating with the armed forces to arrest violent thugs causing disturbances to the policemen.

• Control the person entering the area and the gate.

• Do not give any stranger, undocumented person, no ticket... to the area to be protected.

• Arranging force, means in multiple positions, multiple layers forming a closed loop.

• Solve problems from a distance, not to let in and cause incidents from within.

• Gentle  manner, but must be serious about the people in the area according to the regulations of the organizers.

• Arranging technical facilities at necessary places and locations, inspecting the means of transporting passengers according to assigned tasks.

• Controlling the goods, bringing the property for organizing the event.

• All security staffs must equip the walkie-talkie, and use the walkie-talkie to report the situation and support requirements.

• The leader of the guards team at the event to keep up with the events as well as supervise the work of the staffs to work suitable for situation.

• The leader of the guards team must announce an urgent situation to event director, the organizers for guided.

Working period

• The working time of staffs depends on the requirements of the customer, the requirements of the event.

• Delivery time: 2 - 3 days.

• Always investigate and develop protection plan for each event.

• Free support for employee insurance, occupational risk insurance, the lead of the maneuver team, quality inspection team ...

• In favor of and in the interests of customers, ABC has purchased professional and civil liability insurance valued at VND 2,000,000 /incident. Therefore, any loss of property belonging to the fault of the security staffs is covered by a third party (insurance). Customers will be assured of compensation for property damage.
